Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are permitted within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your merchandise. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original, saleable packaging. We will not accept returns or exchanges of merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, mounted, scratched, or defaced.

A Return Authorization (R.A.) Number is required for all returns and exchanges. Please obtain this number prior to sending any items back as returns without an R.A. Number will not be accepted. Clearly write the R.A. Number on the outside of the package and include a tag inside with your name and the R.A. Number. Please note, obtaining an R.A. Number does not automatically guarantee a replacement or refund; it allows us to inspect the returned items based on your claims.

All returns must be sent back at your expense, freight prepaid and insured. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Your return should include a photocopy of your invoice with the invoice number visible, a written explanation for the return, and a contact phone number.

It is your responsibility to ensure that returned items are properly and securely repacked with adequate packaging material to prevent damage during shipping. We cannot issue refunds or credits for items damaged due to insufficient packaging. Make sure to include all original hardware and accessories with your return, as missing items will result in additional charges.

For added security, we recommend that all returns be insured against loss or damage and that you use a shipping service that provides a tracking number.
